Founded in 1982, WFS currently handles more than $200 million in mortgage loans each year, serving a variety of customers from new homebuyers to refinance and home equity borrowers. Headquartered in Atlanta, the company has branch offices in Charlotte and Raleigh, NC and Charleston, SC.
